Here you can request a change of your data plan for your Iridium device. For changing the data plan for your A*LIVE click here.
When reactivating from stand-by active in about 5-20 minutes (you will receive an email as soon as your device is active).

Activation of a device

SmartSafety - calls for help even if you can no longer trigger an SOS yourself. SmartSafety activates a dead man's switch with customisable safety profiles that can trigger automatic alerts to friends, team, group leaders, etc. This can drastically reduce the response time to alert you to possible critical situations. 

Switching to the desired mode/data plan takes place between 0:00 and 5:00 CET of the specified day.

What is the difference between ...DAY and ...pay-per-day ?

DAY data plans can be scheduled in advance, for example for times when you no longer have Internet access.
Pay-per-day data plans are activated or deactivated online immediately (adhoc).

All data plans are automatically extended by the same period without a corresponding action.


Change data plan for A*LIVE

Here you can order a data plan or status change (active/standby) for your A*LIVE.


Reactivation from standby in around 30 minutes (you will receive an email as soon as your device is switched on the satellite). Lead time for data plan change at least 24 hours.


ATTENTION: Activation at short notice is only possible if the data "IMEI" and "email address" given below exactly match the data stored with us (see last invoice!).
