What is the difference between ...DAY and ...pay-per-day ?
DAY data plans can be scheduled in advance, for example for times when you no longer have Internet access.
Pay-per-day data plans are activated or deactivated online immediately (adhoc).
All data plans are automatically extended by the same period without a corresponding action.
Here you can order a data plan or status change (active/standby) for your A*LIVE.
Reactivation from standby in around 30 minutes (you will receive an email as soon as your device is switched on the satellite). Lead time for data plan change at least 24 hours.
ATTENTION: Activation at short notice is only possible if the data "IMEI" and "email address" given below exactly match the data stored with us (see last invoice!).
